Open Letter to the Meter Ticket Guy

Dear Meter Ticket Guy,

You walk around with that bright red vest on, making your rounds more efficiently than EVER before and writing a record number of tickets....yep, there goes another one.

You shouldn't bother trying to be friendly, NO ONE likes you. You might as well know, you are in very serious danger of getting run over... just so ya know.

Dear Winky Twinky:

Does that mean you won't go out with me?

Signed,
Meter Ticket Guy (also known as Rrrico Suave)

PS - What if I wear my red vest with no shirt underneath?

Unfortunately, that just can't happen... unless I get the satisfaction of running over you at least one time. Maybe then I'll feel better, and I'll visit you in the hospital. After that, who knows ;) btw, Rrrico...you definitely aren't very suave' ...I'm just sayin...

I saw a genius thing in a movie recently: the girl pulls up and parks in an illegal parking zone, and then slaps what looks like a parking ticket on her windshield. That way, the police already think she's been fined. I'm sure it wouldn't work in real life, but it was still clever.

We here in Toledo.....were recently informed that we can now be ticketed more than one time per day..... Thanks for the info...

Bet you're jealous huh? yeah right....

hmmm...what's more fun than running over the meter ticket guy? Backing up and running over him again...

You're lucky. Here in NYC, if you don't move your car within 2 hours of the ticket, they slam a boot on your tire!!

it's around $400 to have them take it off!

Phillipia: Who said anything about backing up? Full on was my thought.. seeing the expression on his face would be priceless...

Anonymous: WOWsers!! I'd never be able to afford to live in New York on any level...

WT,

The meter people have been over the top ever since they got their own reality show. It seems that they now actually believe that their job is just as dangerous as the ice road truckers and the Alaskan crab fisherman.

On the other hand, with some of your commenters' attitudes (not that I disagree with them), maybe it is.
