Non Sequitor??

In my never to be humbled opinion:

1. I believe that even in traffic there are some things that should be left up to common sense. OBVIOUSLY, if you are in the midst of moving traffic, and you want to turn in either direction, you put the turn signal on. This would be to notify not only the cars behind you, but the ones coming in the other direction or waiting to pull out what your intentions of turning are. I also believe, however, that if you are stopped at a red light -- IN THE LEFT TURN LANE -- it should be OBVIOUS to every driver around you that you are intending to TURN when the light changes.........Therefore, you should never get a ticket for this.

2. I believe that personal freedom should come into play when driving or riding in YOUR OWN VEHICLE. I'm talking about seat belts. OBVIOUSLY, the seat belt laws for children are valid because why should kids have to pay for the stupidity of the adult they're riding with. However, if you are an adult driving or riding in a personally owned vehicle, you should have the OPTION of whether you want the seat belt strap pinching your boobies every time you get behind the wheel........ Therefore, you should never get a ticket for this (but then how would the city raise revenues......OH, I remember, traffic cams!!!)...... then again ---- you can't discount boobies

...guys do love boobies.....Okay....... I'm Just Sayin!!........geez!! :-P

WT,

Freedom includes the freedom to be stupid (just ask Obama voters). That being said, the rest is simply pictures that most of us shouldn't paint.

I agree with you on the seatbelt law....a guy sure must have had a lot to do with that one...i always put the shoulder strap behind my back for my boobies' sake:)

I also agree on the seatbelt law. Also, there should be no helmet laws for motorcycle riders. We are preventing Darwin's laws from thinning the gene pool.

I also concur. Seat belts should be optional for anyone over 18.

However, if you make that choice, and get into an accident, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT AT FAULT, no insurance company will honor your claim. So any damage you sustain (or cause) is completely on YOU.

That's called legislation by bankruptcy!

Shawn: Ah yes, thinning of the herd...but then that's less ticketing opportunities. In the city where I live right now, they're going ticket CRAZY for the revenue...it's not safe to walk out the door!!

Anonymous: Yes, then there's THAT to deal with. They find ways to chip away at your freedoms from many angles...and pretty soon, the little chips become huge bites out of our asses...hmm, that's probably why old men don't have any ass left..
